Calories · Steps · Habits · Body

Everything that moves the needle, on one screen.

Daily Sehat tracks what you eat, how much you move, what your body is doing and the small habits in between — built around how people in India actually eat, and honest about every number it shows you.

  • A calorie budget derived from your own body, with the arithmetic shown
  • Steps that count themselves, and workouts costed at your weight
  • Photograph a plate and the dishes come back named and counted

Free to use. Android, distributed directly. iOS is not built yet.

The Daily Sehat dashboard: a calorie ring showing 462 kcal left, the eaten, burned and resting breakdown, macro bars, and step and workout tiles
The habits screen: five habits in their own colours with streaks of nine, three, six, one and three days

What it does

Six things it does well, and seven more besides.

Nothing here is a roadmap item. Every claim below is something the app does today, on a phone, against a live server.

Today

One screen that answers "how am I doing today?" — in a single request.

How it works →

Food diary

Log a meal in three taps, from a catalogue built around Indian kitchens.

How it works →

Photograph the plate

A vision model names the dishes and estimates the vitals. Nothing is logged until you accept it.

How it works →

Activity & Heart Points

Steps count themselves. Workouts take a few seconds, costed against your real bodyweight.

How it works →

Habits

The part of a lifestyle you actually control — daily, on chosen days, or several times a day.

How it works →

Goals & profile

Targets you can set yourself, or be given — with the arithmetic shown either way.

How it works

Four questions, then your own numbers.

Signing up here creates the same account the app signs into. By the end of it you have a calorie budget, macro targets and a step goal worked out from your body rather than from an average of everybody else’s.

  1. Tell us who you are

Name, mobile number, email and a password. The number is how you sign into the app afterwards.

  2. Your body, roughly

Height, weight, date of birth and how active your week usually is. This is what BMR and TDEE are calculated from.

  3. Pick a goal

Lose weight, hold steady or build muscle — each one says what it will actually mean, in kilos a week.

  4. See the working

Your calorie target, protein, carbs, fat and steps — with the BMR and TDEE they came from, not just the answer.

How your session is held

The browser never holds your tokens.

This website talks to the Daily Sehat API from the server. What the browser gets is a sealed, encrypted cookie it cannot read — so there is no access token on the page for a script to steal, and the API does not have to accept calls from a browser at all.

  • Passwords are bcrypt-hashed and never travel anywhere but this server and the API.
  • Sessions rotate. Each refresh issues a new token, and replaying an old one signs that account out everywhere.
  • A strict content security policy — no third-party script, no analytics, no embedded widget on this site at all.
The goals screen in the app: lose weight selected, a 74 kg target, and a calculate-for-me switch showing 2,168 kcal a day
The goal you set here is the goal the app opens on.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Is Daily Sehat free?

The tracker is. The two AI features — scanning a plate and planning a day of meals — get a free allowance every day, and beyond it they cost credits, which challenges pay out. There is no payment screen: subscriptions are not on sale, and everything the AI does has a manual path that is always free.

Do I need the app to sign up?

No. Signing up here creates the same account the app uses, works out your calorie and macro targets, and shows them to you. Install the app afterwards and sign in with the same number and password.

What happens to my photos of food?

The photo is uploaded, read by the model, and dropped when the request ends. It is never written to disk, to a database or to an object store.

Who can see my data?

Nobody, unless you invite them. Family and friends see three figures for the day — steps, calories eaten, calories burned — and only after they accept, and only while you both want it. The period tracker and your medical history are never shared with anyone, including administrators.

Is there an iPhone app?

Not yet. The app is built with Flutter and the iOS project exists, but only the Android build is released. Signing up here works from any browser.

Can I delete my account?

Yes — from inside the app, or from the account deletion page linked in the footer if you have already uninstalled it.

Anything else: dailysehat07@gmail.com, or the contact page.

Start with your own numbers, not a generic target.
