Terms of use
What you agree to by using Daily Sehat. Written to be read, not to be survived.

What Daily Sehat is
A diary for food, activity, body measurements and habits, with optional sharing to a nutritionist you choose. It is a tool for keeping track of what you do.
What it is not
It is not medical advice. Calorie counts, nutrient figures, targets and any suggestion the app makes are estimates. They come from a food catalogue and from formulas that generalise, and they can be wrong for you specifically. Nothing here diagnoses, treats or prevents anything.
Do not use Daily Sehat to make a decision you would otherwise take to a doctor, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a condition, taking medication, or recovering from illness. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
A nutritionist using Daily Sehat to view your data is responsible for their own advice. We provide the tool; we do not supervise or endorse what any individual tells you.
Your account
- You need to be 13 or older.
- Give accurate details, and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think somebody else has access, change your password and end the other sessions from your profile.
- One account per person.
What you put in
Your entries remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them in order to run the service for you — to show you your own history, work out your totals, and show a nutritionist the categories you have agreed to share.
Foods you add to the shared catalogue are an exception worth knowing about: they become available to other people, and they stay in the catalogue if you delete your account, no longer attributed to you. Removing them would change what other people recorded eating.
Fair use
Do not:
- Try to reach anybody else’s data
- Automate access, scrape the service, or hammer it with requests
- Upload anything illegal, or anything that is not yours to upload
- Deliberately corrupt the shared food catalogue
We may suspend an account that does these things.
Paying for a subscription
The tracker is free. A subscription buys one thing: it lifts the daily allowance on the two AI features — photographing a plate and planning a day of meals. The diary, activity, habits, challenges, measurements and the period tracker do not depend on it and are not affected by it.
A subscription is a fixed term, bought once. It lasts the number of days the plan says, it does not renew itself, and there is no card kept on file to cancel. When it ends, the daily free allowance is what you have again — nothing you logged is touched, and nothing stops working.
Payment is taken by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s own payment sheet and never reach Daily Sehat: what we are told is that a payment succeeded or failed, which method type it used, and the identifiers Razorpay gives it. We keep that, the plan and the price, so you have a record of what you bought and we can answer a question about a charge.
If a payment fails, nothing is charged and no subscription is granted. If a payment succeeds and the subscription does not appear within a few minutes, that is a fault at our end rather than yours — write to dailysehat07@gmail.com and we will sort it out. The same address is the place to raise anything else about a charge, including a refund.
Prices can change. A change applies to what is on sale from then on and never to a term you have already paid for.
Features that depend on others
Photo recognition and meal suggestions use a third-party AI service, sign-in with Google depends on Google, payment is handled by Razorpay, and the weather behind a meal suggestion comes from a public forecast API. These can be unavailable, can be rate-limited, and can be switched off. They are conveniences, not guarantees — and while Razorpay is unavailable, a subscription simply cannot be bought until it is back.
Availability
We try to keep the service running and we do not promise it always will. It may be unavailable for maintenance, for a failure, or because something it depends on has failed. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You can delete your account whenever you like — there is a button in the app, and a page you can use if you have already uninstalled it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why where we can.
Liability
Daily Sehat is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it, including decisions made on the strength of a figure it showed you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be announced in the app before taking effect, and the date at the top always reflects the current version.
